Membership Administration

With approximately 300 members to manage subscriptions, squads, attendance etc… there’s always something to do.

We use Swim Manager to help us manage our members and we encourage our members to complete as much of their information as possible and of course complete the all-important GIFT AID information that contributes to the running of the club.

This role requires some use of Swim Manager but it’s unlikely you have experience in using this system which is fine as we will support you and it’s very easy to get used to. We may also need you to communicate with members and answer enquiries.
