WFSC is a charity supported entirely by volunteers who dedicate any amount of time they have to the ever increasing success of the club.
WFSC has a rich tradition having formed from the amalgamation of the very long established Kidderminster and Stourport Swimming Clubs in 1998.
WFSC continues to play a major role in the development of swimming in Worcestershire and has a strong focus on helping swimmers of all ages to achieve realistic goals and ambitions.
In 2009 WFSC became a charity which has helped to ensure continued availability of funding and support required to further the aim of the Club: ‘To provide teaching and coaching in the great sport of swimming to the young people of Wyre Forest’.
As a charity, WFSC relies entirely on volunteers supporting all aspects of running the club and welcomes anyone that can contribute any amount of their time to help.
